FAQs

Q. I have a question Dom, how can I contact you?

A. You can contact me on Twitter or you can send me an email (of which I will probably reply within the hour unless I’m asleep).

Q. What is your email address?

A. You can email me at imacdev@yahoo.com.

Q. How quickly will you reply to an email?

A. Usually within the 24 hours from sending. It can be within the hour or if I’m asleep, when I wake up.

Q. I have found a bug in one of your apps, how can I file a bug report?

A. Email me at imacdev@yahoo.com describing the exact details on the bug and how it can be reproduced. I will reply with information and start working on it. I will email you back when I have posted an update with the fixed bug.

Q. I have a suggestion for one of your apps / I’d like to get involved in iPhone development.

A. Email me at imacdev@yahoo.com with any suggestions you may have and I’ll get them written down straight away. I love to hear from users from my app, specially when they’ve got constructive criticism and ideas for future releases.

Q. What are the current apps I can download for my iPhone?

A. You can currently get the following apps from the app store:

Twitterville 1.0.1
iMood 1.2.1
DonkPad 1.0.1
DonkPad Lite
AudioPad 1.0

Q. What apps are in development from you?

A. I can’t always say too much as some people have a reputation for stealing ideas, but I can say the following are in development:

DonkPad (Version 1.1)
iMood (Version 1.3)
AudioPad (Version 1.1)
Twitterville (Version 2.0)

TwitBook (Alpha 2)

Some of the versions may not yet be available on the iPhone App Store, this is usually due to the Apple reviewing process to take a long time to accept apps.

Q. Get involved in testing?

A. The first few apps I haven’t produced any private betas however, you can send me an email to apply to test the following apps:

Edglin Browser (1.0.1 Beta)
Twitterville (Beta 4)

Q. Where are the links to the App Store versions of your apps?

A. You can find the links on the right hand side bar to this blog.

You can also find the index of all my apps at the on the App Store using the following URL (links to iTunes):

http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewArtist?id=303851502

Q. Can I get any trial versions before I spend money on them?

A. Of course! As a regular buyer of iPhone Apps myself I’ve often wish there were a trial version of an app. DonkPad has just seen it’s first LITE version sent to the app store for review by Apple. You will hear from me soon about this.

Q. Do you have any other websites?

A. Indeed I do. You can find them on the ‘About’ page. There’s a link in the top right hand corner of this blog to the About page.
