Update 1.2 is currently in the works and will be released soon! Aiming at making 1.2 bug free, quick and a general great update.

Twitterville – Watch Users Feature (with demo video)

Above is a video demoing the new ‘Watch Users’ feature due to be enabled in Twitterville in a soon coming update.

This feature means the user can add certain users they want to ‘Watch’. This doesn’t mean the user actually follows them, it just means they have quick access to that persons recent tweet list.

A good reason to have this in the app, I so you can ‘follow’ a person without having all their tweets in the main timeline. If you feel like you do want to follow that user, feel free! They’ll get added to the main timeline if you wish, and also have them as a ‘Watched User’.

    Release Date: Out Now!

    Work in progress…

This is just a small post to say the current developments that are going on and how everything is going.

    Twitterville

Twitterville is undergoing some great development and progress is going really well! I have sent v1.1 to Apple for review and should be available very soon.

You can find the changes to Twitterville here: http://domness.wordpress.com/2009/04/12/twitterville-102-update-coming-soon/

I am also working on a large update (v2.0) which will contain many new features and make the app a good worthwhile buy. When v1.1 has been released I will post up what will be changing.

    Website

As you can probably see, most of my development updates come on this blog. However, I will be soon buying some online space and making a website for my iPhone work. The website will contain only the most important information and basically a place where I can show the details about my apps, how to buy them, screenshots and contact information. The main bulk of my updates and small posts will go straight to this blog as per usual.

I will be posting when more news is available of my website coming live.

    Twitterville – Update coming soon

I have just been working on a new update to Twitterville and should be available soon. Here is a list of a few of the changes you’ll be able to see…

    I’m still here…

Just incase you were wandering, I AM still here! I’ve been very busy working on some other programming work for Windows but I will be back programming for the iPhone next week where I’ll be doing a major revision of Twitterville (speeding it up and changing the UI).

I have resent Edglin back to Apple and should be hearing from them soon for a release maybe this/next month.

I have created a new page for ‘Twitterville’ which can be found in the top right-hand corner of the blog where the app links are held.

I’ll be releasing some more screenshots and information soon!

iMood to introduce Facebook Connect in version 1.3

I have downloaded the FB Connect iPhone SDK and will be implementing a feature to add status updates from iMood to your Facebook account.

I will probably be implementing parts of the update tonight and tomorrow evening. This will mean that not only will you be able to update your Twitter status with your mood, but you’ll also be able to update your Facebook status.

Any comments, queries or suggestions, feel free to drop me an email at imacdev@yahoo.com

    iMood Update 1.2 Available!

Finally, after a couple of weeks of iTunes Connect errors on Apple’s side (rejecting the app after around 2 days without any reason) the newest update can now be downloaded!

I have changed the description a little and also changed the screenshots (as the old screenshots were from an unreleased and older version).

This update contains the following changes:

    - Update your status onto Twitter
    - Email your mood to your friends!
    - Add your own photo & chat

    - Theme colour change
    - Bug fixes
    - UI Changes
    - Larger font on messaging

(The changes in bold are brand new features!)

I have already started on iMood 1.2.1 which will contain a number of small changes (including a new ‘Preset Messages’ feature).

iMood – Progress on ‘Preset Messages’ function

Someone had emailed me earlier on this month about letting people have the ability to add preset messages to the chat/scrolling message function which, would mean they could save messages to quickly view up without having to type in again.

Well! With a currently in development version of iMood you can do just that!

The way to save the messages is in the iPhone System Settings area. I find this the best place as it means iMood does not have to be loaded up in order to save preset messages.

Here are some screenshots of the iMood Preset Msgs (Still in development) in action.
