Twitterville – Watch Users Feature (with demo video)

Above is a video demoing the new ‘Watch Users’ feature due to be enabled in Twitterville in a soon coming update.

This feature means the user can add certain users they want to ‘Watch’. This doesn’t mean the user actually follows them, it just means they have quick access to that persons recent tweet list.

A good reason to have this in the app, I so you can ‘follow’ a person without having all their tweets in the main timeline. If you feel like you do want to follow that user, feel free! They’ll get added to the main timeline if you wish, and also have them as a ‘Watched User’.

A little notice…

Okay, I’ve finally finished my exams! (For now anyway…) The last one was a computing based exam around software development and it went rather well! Finished with lots of spare time.

Anyway, I made this post because I’ve now uploaded my first video to my Vimeo account. The video isn’t really anything special but just a little notice to all of you followers. I will be posting up more videos (and definitely more interesting ones) over the next few weeks and months.

Back to blogging!

Well! As you can probably tell from my recent activity on my blog, I have come back for good to carry on blogging.

Over the past few weeks I have been basically concentrating on the current exams I am going through, and the apps I am creating for the iPhone, however after this week I will be posting more random and interesting things for you all to check out. I have got the DigiCam downstairs ready to get some video footage for the blog and my iPhone to capture moments on the move with my Twitter account (of which some posts may turn into longer blog posts).

My current exams are going alright, except for the last one I had on Wednesday didn’t go as planned… My last exam is on Friday (tomorrow) so that shall be good to get all of that over and done with.

In other news… I am so happy Lost is back on TV! I’ve watched the first episode and the second ep is waiting for me to click ‘Play’. Should be good to get back into Lost. It’s been too long!

Also, to all the great people I’ve been meeting on Twitter, keep up! I enjoy getting all of your tweets through to my Mac/iPhone.

Right! I think I’ve spent enough time on this post and need to get some work done on my end.

I’ll be posting either later on tonight or at least tomorrow after my exam.

Video Podcasts, Streams and Blog Posts!

I’ve now updated my iPhone with an app that enables me to post live streaming and video podcasts whilst on the move! The app I’ve been waiting for! I won’t be posting them too often (you’ll get bored I assure you), but I will be posting a few random and some important ones.
